Provisional notice — effective July 19, 2026.
Lexyte uses the email address you submit only to confirm your request, send occasional development updates, and announce the public release. Signup is optional and does not create an account, purchase, release date, or availability promise.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the form and stores the subscriber record. Resend delivers confirmation and update emails. We do not sell the address, build advertising audiences, enrich it, or combine it with unrelated Lexyte data.
Unconfirmed requests are scheduled for deletion within seven days. Confirmed addresses remain until you unsubscribe or until thirty days after the final release announcement. A minimal suppression record may remain to honor an unsubscribe request.
The list is intended only for people who are at least 18 and located in the United States. Every email includes an unsubscribe method.
